The City of Kingman Kansas is currently accepting applications for the position of Public Works Laborer. Job duties include performing a variety of manual labor tasks in the construction and maintenance of streets; water lines; sewer lines; parks and other municipal buildings or grounds; and operating heavy equipment.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
A high school diploma or GED and a valid Kansas Driver’s License (with ability to obtain CDL after hired) is required. There will be on call time to cover so occasional nights and weekends will be required. Must be able to do manual labor and work in inclement weather. This is an entry level position.
